Well, I just had a set-back. I have had my GTW for 6 weeks now and I wanted to find out how to receive a fax. The tech support person tried to help me and when he couldn't, he told me that he transfer me to someone that could, for a fee. I don't think so.I hate to vent but what is going on? my computer is 6 weeks old.It is a G6-450. I got his badge # and told him ,thank you but I think I'll call investor relations tomorrow instead.If this is what our customers go through, we don't look very good after the sale.I can sell off and get 5% a month from my broker leaving my money in my account, or get into something else.No complaints with the unit, just the tech support.When our customers need us the worst, we should be at our best...
