Boy, this is esoterica. Why can't the lawyers just explain what these things do in the release?

It either does it or it doesn't, and whoever needs to know will know, and it's not like they're keeping them from catching on. Done is done.

There ought to be rules. Explanation levels. At least 10Q clarity....

If the potential acquirer is excluded, and effectively the number of remaining shares is doubled, then his share is nearly cut in half.
