I wonder if they will warn but tend to discount it based on the insider buy of options. The market is telling I am wrong but I think I will start buying somewhere in here

Bruce, The far out, out of the money March Call options have now deteriorated a bit, but there's a lot of them outstanding, and they are drifting down more slowly than one would expect. (Indeed they look more like call options on an Internet stock! If you think I'm kidding look at the Dec 75 call option on CMGI, the Internet IPO Company. Only seven trading sessions until it expires, a barely out-of the-money call option- and it still sells for a 7% premium!) I've been pulling materials together for an article on various network and telecommunications companies- and I believe that for the next few years, the telcomm industry will be similar to the oil industry 50 years ago in that there is room for a number of successful companies.

Yes LU, CSCO, and NT will be successful (I hold NT in a DRIP Account, slow accumulation)but there is room for a number of second tier companies in this growth phase of the industry to enjoy success even if LU enters the digital loop market with a good competing product.

Toss in an earnings warning by PAIR and year end tax loss selling on a float that's not too big...I'll chance this stock long even though it has some problems like the lack of a long-term CEO.....

Sincerely,

Doug F.
