Since jhild and jmt like to place conjecture on the thread in the negative, I thought I would place some positive conjecture on the thread. It appears that someone has leaked the filing information. It appears that the financials are better than anticipated. That is the reason for the strength in the share price over the last couple of days. Since the filing could be as early as tomorrow, we should see a gap up into the low thirties tomorrow morning. With the filing and with news we will probably see the mid forties by Monday.

They are done now but BDO and EDII are anticipating any questions the SEC may have and are assembling responses to same. I see rather than anticipate the questions before they filed the 10K and put the necessary information in the filing, they filed first and are waiting for the SEC to question them. They wouldn't want to over inform nor would they want to put anything more in than necessary, I guess. That's a rather sorry way to proceed. In fact it's a pitiful excuse for delaying. Either it's filed or it's not. The SEC isn't going to say anything before they file anyway.
