From what I got from RG cc should close this month. The distributors will have to fold into cci if they want to continue to use the Card and existing system. They will conform to the rules and regs of CCI--pricing, product, etc. The existing card members should also fold into CCI along with any other business related to CCI. This also opens up the expansion of the dealership franchise system to be completed by CCI. There should ultimately be dealerships covering the US. The result will be a very big immediate shot in the pocket for CCI. Also the future growth and reestablishment of the dealership side of the business opens up the sale of the card on a more localised and individual basis. It results in a very big deal.
