I couldn't agree with you more, but this is just one of a dozen proposals for share holders to vote on. It's not a "done deal".

When you get your proxy statement, vote "NO" and send it back. That's what I intend to do.

Stockett said he was opposed to a reverse split. Let's give him the benefit of the doubt until after the meeting. If it turns out he lied to us... then we can put his liver on a stick.
