While I do agree that the enthusiasm on RB sometimes gets out of hand, I don't think anyone there is a paid scammer or hyper. I post there occasionally. And if they want to be over-enthusiastic, they certainly have a right to express that. Not any different than the hard-core haters who slam the stock.

I also agree that the business about no dropouts is rather meaningless, since no one would likely bother "officially" dropping out even if they decided to buy elsewhere. But that doesn't mean that getting more "evaluators" is meaningless. They only need a few of these guys to come through for them to have a big effect. But I sure would like to see one soon myself.

>>In summary the comments looked like this, "CSFB must have done thier DD, they must love Osicom"

Hmm now months later we have a lawsuit and the transfer of shares to a foriegn fund, <<

CSFB has not sold any preferred shares. They have converted about $150,000 and still hold the rest at an ammended conversion formula that is more favorable to Osicom. The shares were transferred from Castle Creek to the Orloff fund. Castle creek filed suit to try to prevent this transfer, not to provoke it. Other shares were sold by castle Creek to Charles Stewert, the COB of Aware Inc., a supplier of DSL technology.
