Donald C. Huston, President and Director of Cypress Minerals Corp., announces that the Company will be seeking Vancouver Stock Exchange acceptance to reprice share purchase warrants issued November 8, 1998 pursuant to a Private Placement of a Convertible Note completed March 19, 1997. Under the proposal the exercise price of the warrants will be reduced from $0.4715 to $0.15. The warrants may be exercised up to March 21, 1999.
