Today's agreement (see the WSJ story) between Time Warner and CBS re exclusivity for digital broadcasts probably developed some interest in the to-be-produced set-top boxes and the liklihood of IATV's participation. I like this because it seems to demonstrate that even if IATV goes unmentioned, a news story that's germane can benefit the stock price. I suspect that there'll be a number of forthcoming announcements and stories that will, however obliquely, benefit IATV. In the meantime, unless you're a short-term trader, taking the price-pulse of this stock on a virtual daily basis is a waste of time. This stock is an intermediate to longer-term hold for those seeking significant profits because the story will gradually generate increasing excitement.
Meanwhile, the company's "no comment" position is just fine with me because so many things are in flux. They're not about to make guesses that could be wrong and invite the class-action ghouls to one of their litigious field days. And they're not going to reveal information that could be to their competitive disadvantage. If IATV pays attention to minding the store, the stock will soon enough take care of itself. Stock holders unhappy with this stance have an obvious option.

It looks to me like perhaps IATV is being accumulated at this levels.
And I have been in this type of deals before where there is ALOT of
good news, and the companies PR sucks. Perhaps a player is accumulating
shares at these levels, why should IATV blow it for them? I am
content to wait quite some time to see this story play out. I
have the same feeling here as I did about NAVR. I bought a ton in
the 3-4 range. And then one day it up and RAN BIG. I am not saying
that will happen here, however waiting a few months to see this
story play out is well worth the time, IMO. IATV is playing low on
the news for some good reason that is benefitting hopefully us
in the long run.
