Floating Conversion Price

Ouch! These are truly nasty, from what I've read. These things alone are enough to lead many people to short as they are a sign of a company desperate for cash. Search "full-text" below for "floorless" to get a whole slew of posts on this subject.

Dilution matters little when you have no P/E

it's common for companies to issue more stock
when they don't have the cash to get in on the
open market, and they need stock to hold and
attract employee talent. This news can effect
the stock price either way. As for Digital TV
transitions ultimately displacing VBI broadcast
ability, you may want to read more about Digital
and HDTV roadblocks to implimentation, which may
actually extend VBI's attractiveness as a data
broadcast medium as long as they can get the
speed up. Right now it's only 1/8 the speed
it's capable of going, and should be 1/4 speed
by January, according to WAVO.
