I'm not the guy to ask about the overall market

but, from someone who does not know I'll give 3 cents

1c: gut says we are topping after a great run

2c: I think the leadership is in the techs and the charts on individual stocks in that sector look real toppy to me; especially the semis

3c: if you are talking puts on stocks I'd say sell the stocks and go cash waiting for a pull back
if index puts you are on your own; I know less about that then my cats do
