Heck I lost money on the Pinnacle deal !

Oh well. So glad I didn't load up on this one awhile ago.

I guess it will be a nice fit. I haven't used any Pinnacle stuff yet.

Any other reactions ?

Thanks

Oh man - have we been screwed. Pinnacle has announced an acquisition of Truevision for 0.0313 (that's right 0.0313) shares of PCLE per share of TRUV (accounted for as a purchase so we get to pay tax on it).

This works out to 87.64 cents per share of TRUV. That's when TRUV is trading at 81.25 cents. Still my beating heart, what a premium they're paying!

This sucks. We held on to TRUV stock waiting to see the impact of the Bravado 2000 now that drivers are around for NT. And what do we get for our years of patience? A kick in the ass down the river.

What's our recourse? What am I missing?

Thanks
