I posted the same thing over on Yahoo today. This stock was upgraded or reiterated a Strong Buy by PRU. The have done that several times in the past, but the stock barely moved. There is more to this. AOL is looking around for bandwidth. ATT and TCI have said that they do not want them on their cable system. A good strategy would be for AOL to get rejected and then they would have a strong case for getting involved with Pax. They would be much better off in a wireless system anyway.
