Hi Spots,
What do you mean? "Have NTFSDOS available on it. Basic defense mechanism". Could you please expand a bit more on this?

Thanks,
Ed

Spots,

Have NTFSDOS available on it. Basic defense mechanism

I've stayed with the old Fat-16 or whatever just to avoid the incompatibility issues. When in doubt, stay simple ... well you know what I mean. I do like to have a full tool belt however. I can put my hands on a Dos6 set of diskettes - legit license even! But I doubt NTFSDOS is part of the package? Is there a module I can look for in the Dos6 package? A module I can borrow from my semi-aborted NT install? A module I can download from MS.com?

I'd like to at least consider building NT file system compatibility into a DOS partition, however I believe I am missing an elemental knowledge block or two. Help!? Feel free to point out that it is fully covered in some appropriate DOC. I probably should RTFM but which FM? <g>

Thanks, Paul

**EDIT** Oh never mind, someone else asked and you already answered. Go figure - the one time I read & reply sequencially.... <g>
