Re Bob Cook's insider purchase of PARS stock.

People keep using the word "small" to describe the CFO's purchases of stock, probably because 2000 seems small in relation to their own holdings.

Please note, however, that he is doing dollar cost averaging of his PARS shares -- he buys 2000/quarter or 8000/year. Some have been purchased at the $3 level if memory serves me right. Some now are purchased below $2. In the end, he's spending about 10% of his pre-tax income on his company's shares. He's also vesting options and obviously depends on Pharmos for his income.

Doesn't sound like a "small" commitment to me at all.
