Stiltzl, I had this conversation w/Christian on a short thread the other day.

NAVR may own the common interest in Netradio. What you fail to realize is that upwards of 16mln shares may enter the market via the convertibles and warrants. With any movement up, the converts are selling into the rally, thus killing it. Interenet stocks move by the public investor, not institutions. When Joe Q Public is making a purchase, it's usually 1000k shares or less. Hard to drive the price up on a rally when the convert holders are sitting on the ask w/30000 shares or more. This is an excellent short due to the dillution of the stock. Unfortunately, my order missed at 13 today. (Hard to trade when you can't watch the market.)

Flodyie and Christian have done nothing to bash the company. They've stated the facts that are available to ALL of us via SEC filings. Short sellers are notoriously better at doing their dd. I do hold a long position in this stock, as I blew a daytrade and am waiting for a bit of recovery. Probably won't see much upwards momentum till Feb. Will try to short again tomorrow with a different account.

Also, one of the reason stocks like YHOO and AMZN move so high is due to the small float. NAVR doesn't have a small float, and will never trade like the others. Too much stock = too much dilution. Plain and simple.

Good luck.

p.s. As for 200o or 2001, no one was planning on buying this stock and holding till then. Everyone wanted to get rich tomorrow.
