Sergio,

Okay, you were faster than I, once again, on finding a good stock. MGAM I like FA wise and have seen the product in action. The casinos here in CA. use Mega exclusively. Big money involved...way to rich for my blood. TA wise MGAM looks about in the middle of the road and could go either direction. If it goes, 8ish looks to be a good target, if not its back to 5. Hard to call, for me anyway.
FA wise, again, I'm not too sure of the rights to purchase preferred. It looks to be some sort of perk for the insiders of the co. as in order to qualify you need to be a 15% of o/s holder. I would think that this would be attractive to institutions, but could be dilutive in the longer term. With such a small float, the stock could stand some dilution.

EVOL on the other hand is horrible, FA wise and I will not go into the blood and guts of that. However, the TA is looking real nice. I've said before if the two do not match...go with the trend...someone said that <ggggg> EVOL also has a very small float of 4MM with a book of over 4 dollars. For a trade I like this one better with a target in the high fours or low 5's.

Ken

Sergio heard an analyst talking about the smallcaps future--you won't like what she said, but I will offer what is her opinion as she did make an interesting observation---she said the smallcaps overall will most likely will continue to under perform--one must dig individually for the exceptions--and this is the reason she gives --she says a historical study shows that smallcaps NEED inflation to perform well,
and that in non-inflationary times,or worst,deflation--history shows
they perform badly---she says if inflation starts up,history says they
well perform quite well.Max

Sergio,

Guess what I had for lunch? I'll give you a clue. It was the other white meat, deep fat fried, between two buns and smothered with Ketchup? Give up? A Pork Tenderloin!!! The only thing that could make it taste better would be if someone else bought it for me. Seven trading days left.
