Batman Short?
Why would he care what Abmi does or does not do? Cyber cop or what?

Someone has a serious math problem. American BioMed is authorized to issue 50 million shares. It doesn't matter how bad a deal the convertible debentures might be if you believe in the future for this company.

Try dividing $10,000,000,000 by 50,000,000 shares when you think about the potential of American BioMed. Ten BILLION DOLLARS a year. That's not a typo. That's a relatively conservative estimate of the Omnifilters potential.

I can tell you that if ABMI continues to slide it will only be a better buy. We will all thank the shorters for giving us cheap shares. I'm looking to average down some more. Bring it on!

Regards, Jeff

Its nice to see that someone (Batman) can read an SEC document and realize the wealth of information that is there. Unfortunately, I think that criticism of DD of this nature reflects the fact that to many investors these documents are too difficult to wade through, let alone understand.
Its too bad that Batman was sick for only one day because he might have read about the Series A Convertible Preferred. That' s also an interesting offering that, in my opinion, raises questions that would need management response for clarity.
