Actually, if the price is $20, and the 15's get called, you've essentially sold them for 16.37, so that takes some of the sting out of it. Is this right? I haven't gotten into options yet, except for on paper.

Either way you like! I bought them for $10.63 and sold for $15 or bought for $12 and sold for $16.37.. Profit is the same. I like to take the premiums off my cost basis since I get that money as soon as I write the cc. (And most of the time do not get called anyway.)

At this rate my cost basis will be $0!!!! LOL
