My guess to your question is that the stockholders were looking for some great news about the company. Instead they got good news but not what they were looking for after all these years of waiting. So they take the news home react crazy the first day and then they start to settle down and digest the press release. The positive thing that came out of the stockholders meeting which everyone missed is that Largo is a real company. There were some doubt that LGOV even existed and that the meeting would be cancelled. Wrong real meeting and real company. Another factor is that people sell on news by on rumors. Buying came in two or three days before the meeting then selling started the day of the meeting. Time will tell and only good news and news delivered when it is suppose to be delivered will drive this stock higher.

Good Luck
