Before I closed, I found an e-mail message that yet another firm filed a class-action suit against RXSD for the same reasons the other firms last November did. That makes 7 seperate actions as far as I know. The firm from South Florida probably took more time to prepare the complaint and file than the more northern firms because, after all, Florida lawyers are known to be more retired, don't get up early and don't work late and on week-ends. So, what's a couple of weeks, anyway. I suggest that RXSD hire a more northern firm to handle all of them. Perhaps the same answer to all the complaints can be served on all the class-action plaintiffs to save costs.

Joe.
