With the MTEI scam - The first thing we did was put together an e-mail list of some of the shareholders. We started with 15 or 16 (and now have 192). Then you have a means of communication beyond the board. Perhaps one of you might suggest another of you who has been active as a coordinator. Then the "coordinator" can open a hotmail account, say NTAH98@hotmail.com, (ours is MTEI98@hotmail.com), and have people send in their e-mail addresses to do the first and single most important thing: UNITE! While doing this, of course, you have to decide whether it is really a scam. Good luck, and I'll be back. Not to brag, but our sheer stubborness made us end up with a feature story in the Houston Chronicle, following pieces on NBC Nightly News and MSNBC Online. It's a lot of work, but publicity goes a LOOOOONG way. Raven
