jeff.

i applaud your closure. pulling the sell trigger, particularly on long-held shares, is exceedingly difficult. i too am holding 4+ year-old shares and have contemplated the same of late. that said, however, i'm generally averse to selling my winners (even when they represent a sizable portion of my portfolio) and much prefer to dump those laggards toward the end of the year for the capital loss.

then again, you may not have any...<vbg>

given you've now garnered a decent chunk of change, if you'd care to share, i'd be interested in knowing what other stocks you're considering. on the assumption that CMVT doesn't have that pullback, of course ...

while we're on the topic of shares, i'll be the jester and bring up the other 's' word. anyone want to speculate on a potential split should we continue to soar? from the most recent 10-Q dated 11 sep 98, 100 million shares are authorized and 44,180,019 are outstanding.

in my book, that's enough for a two-fer.

kudos jeff,
-chris.
