The a/d topped out in March. Both the RUT (Russell 2K) and VLE (Value Line Comp) have very narrow Bollinger bands now.

at this particular point I have a very neutral outlook, due to the fact that it is December, where funny things happen, like boring sideways markets as the usual tax currents skew the stats, and, this year,
we have the Roth deadline for taking advantage of the 4 year
installment tax plan

once we get past December expiration the market will be setting up for a good move - so far I'm guessing lower, reload, and then TO
