If someone has the time to compile all the company releases and a list of postings on SI or other threads that were clearly a violation of SEC rules, the US SEC will go after the crooks that are using the internet to run stock scams. Please read the following link and then go to the SEC home page to find out what constitutes violations of SEC rules. If this is a scam, let's make sure the con men will at least have to share the loot with their lawyers, and hopefully spend some time in jail. Good luck! sec.gov
