Just thinking out loud, but if as Dan has stated, the extra 100 million shares were issued for the Nichimen deal and then for the SHV investment,and both of these have fallen through, I wonder why he doesn't retire these? What is the real reason?

Any thoughts from anyone. Anyone wish to call and address this issue. For if we had on 77 mil o/s we'd all be in better shape.
