Hey guys , glad to see civil conversation back on the thread again. I along with you are holding and buying at these levels.

Nothing to add, except good luck to us and TNRG

As I understand it, Tilton has been waiting on the audit of the
shopping mall in China to be able to finish the "consolidated"
audit of the company. When that has been completed I think the
Company will then begin their plans to spin off three divisions,
as dividends to the TNRG shareholders. In other words, TNRG
shareholders should be receiving shares in three new public
companies FREE (since a dividend does not cost the shareholder
anything). I think they plan to combine the Cavalcade of Sports
film library with the USBL basketball team and call the new
company "Tinrong Sports" or something like that. Then they will
have a "medical" division and the third might be a "real estate"
company. At any rate, completing the audit of the China mall is
a major accomplishment as I'm told that getting a Chinease company's
financials to comply with U.S. GAAP accounting rules is not an easy
task.
