With the possibility of a MALL BUYOUT the new owners would own
MALL and 80% of UBID...This company whomever they may be
could then either Keep UBID or Sell their Stake...Companies that
come to mind are endless who has say 400 Mil in cash for an 800 Mil
revenue company with 80% ownership of UBID to boot..that is not in
this business or wants to expand their offerings...and what if UBID
were to expand their offerings as well?

This Rumor could turn out to be the deal of the year...with a twist.

Company spins off IPO then retaining 80% ownership then get's
bought out lock stock and UBID...

I wonder what they were doing tonight in Torrance, California, with
all the suits and why the news release so late in the day eastern time?

simple enough announcement, yeah, we sold part of UBID including
overallotment but, let us remind you we still own 80%...

BTW, Merril, has done a fine Job assisting us...wonder what other
matters they are assisting in here of late...surely they could not be
lining their pockets for another deal... seems to have been a lot of M/A
activity of late...hmmmmmm...

just thinking outloud......

Even if the taxfree spin off does not happen then MALL will still own the remaining 80% or aprx 7Mill shs of UBID so the book value of MALL with a UBID price at 35 is around $24 just from the UBID stock. So if I get them or they keep them MALL must be a buy. To the person that asked me about "negative stock" what I meant was that if UBID's value is $ 24 and the stock trade at $ 22.50 then you get the rest of the Co. for negative $ 1.50. Mall seems to do in excess of 400M in revenue without UBID a year and that revenues must have some kind of value.
