sg, I appreciate your view on this IR guy. I will tell you my experience.

In most cases, an IR person is allowed to state anything that is already "public domain". As you said, he's a "paid mouthpiece".
As a result, he can state what Godin has already said. And, if I'm not mistaken, Godin has already said that he is was in New York to do a "cable" deal.

Now, if F. Evans was accurate in his reporting, this IR guy Tim, stated that Godin jumped the gun but, in fact, that he was CONFIRMING what Godin had already stated. Nothing "material" about that since it was already public domain.

Of course, I didn't talk to Tim although I will start the search tomorrow for Tim. I will also report back if I have any success.

Any reason why the stock is going down?

>>IF THAT WERE TRUE...it would be considered " material " <<

Opinion taken Steelguy but isn't Godin's apparent slip up on the CBC and the other news story published by the financial post considered as somewhat of a news release anyway? Technically speaking of course. That would mean that what this IR guy is confirming is mere facts that we already know. IMO

Frank

You want a Real Deal with no BII HYPE...the NASDAQ BII story is crap...now check this out, see what all the talk at Yahoo, from EBAY to Lucent Boards are calling the next Super Stock...the following was found on the SNMM board here at SI...

I cant wait till investors find out who has the real deal. Some folks
fall in love with certain stocks, especially if it made them or
someone else alot of money in a short time. Thats not all bad, but
when the company posts news release after news
release(sometimes the same) projects astronomical forecasts with
stock hypsters and runs a printing press right under your nose, you
think something would be wrong. Thank God I realized that. This
company did over 39 Million in Gross Revenues(wagers, leesing
software, other) in October ALONE. I repeat 39 Million. That is
incredible. Take that times 12 and you get $468 Mil annualized in
Gross revenues. Not bad for its site being up only a few months. If
SNMM would post these figures now this stock would be at least
$10 in no time. SNMM is only at .90 cents. This is an incredible
bargain. There are only 25 Mil shares outstanding with 9 Mil in the
float. With all options and warrents exercised there would be 35
Mil outstanding. You do the math. At the very least I see $.90 EPS.
Again at the very least. I am taking 25Mil current shares X 5% net
profit margin which is probably way low. 10% net profit margin
you have $1.80 EPS. Its probably somewhere in between. needless
to say I am very BULLISH on this company more so than any other
I have seen. Im see $75 Mil Touted annual projection touted by
GGNC and there stock is over $3. We should do over $450 Mil
which is 6 times GGNC, so by comparison our stock would be
$20.INCREDIBLE
