Thanks, Tim. I had listened to that, too, but was too lazy to post it here. (I have Shopping Fever, so I am spending my time at the mall.)

In an earlier post describing some of the Q3 earnings conference call I mentioned that they were excited about all the potential non-lithography applications that their newest lasers will make possible.

I found this info at the end of their most recent approved patent (http://164.195.100.11/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO1&Sect2=HITOFF&d=PALL&p=1&u=/netahtml/srchnum.htm&r=1&f=G&l=50&s1='5,790,574'.WKU.&OS=PN/5,790,574&RS=PN/5,790,574). It mentions a few of these potential applications.

In addition to X-ray lithography there are several other potential applications for the system described in this disclosure such as X-ray microscopy, biological / radio biological, micro electromechanical system fabrication, bright X-ray source to replace conventional electro-bombardment sources, cell and DNA X-ray crystallography, X-ray fluorescence for material contamination detection, laser ablation technology and more.
