Well, vegilantism is okay. At least there are no communicable diseases inherent in such practices, and there is a VERY low pregnancy rate. My serious answer would be that moderate middle-of-the-roadism with an emphasis on health and self-esteem, well wrapped in cuddles, open communication and a happy, non-chaotic environment is a place where I believe teenagers thrive.
