why do you keep picking on mr.D?? more evidence of how tough it is for you to show even a "modicum" of friendliness toward others. With such attitude, why then do you beg for information and enlightenment from others???

"Leitzmann" are one of these "we got a deal companies in the EU !- you want in?". The EC designated x amount of cash to enlighten people in a depressed part of Germany to possible uses of the internet. Nothing to do with telephony over the internet as far as I can tell! Leitzmann is looking for companies (for which it can act as an agent) it can split those EuroDollars with. At least, that is my impression. Government waste, but will DGIV profit - I don't even think Eurocrats are that stupid! But who knows - remember the wine lakes and butter mountains from the Common Agricultural policy?
