I agree with you. I would hate to get out before the real ride up. I will be monitoring level II like mad. Just spent some time looking at last hour of trading tick by tick. I think that MM's were willing to let go of some shares for cheap to drive down the price. Most of the trades were in small blocks 500, 1K. This leads me to believe that many small investors are in on this. From an MM point of view, a gap up or a gap down is good for them. Gap up then shorts cover and off we go. Gap down and those small investors get scared and drop their shares for cheap. Then MM scoops up shares and shorts wait to see if it goes to 2. Then we see a rebound to 52 week highs and all the ones who sold feel like jackasses. If WSJ picks up this story then we have nothing but a gap up.
