Sam,
I was wondering if calls were expensive... looked like it to me, without running the math.

I could not figure a dodge that involved short selling-- but then, I ain't all that experienced with arbitrage. (to say the least!)

Here's the link for the December Max-Pain. Which Friday is it?

pipeline.com

37 1/2? ... "Giddyup cowboy! ; *)

Could it be that AAPL will sweep through 37 1/2 at options expiration on the way to 40+? Or will it retest some lows after options expiration?

My gut feeling is that today, Friday, is going to see AAPL up at least $2, perhaps $3. It held at 32 as the rest of the market shed value. There's a lot of cash on the side after Thursday's sell down. Valuation will rule the day as investors pick their best shots. AAPL is in the veritable "cat-bird-seat" on valuation. A STRONG BUY! If they don't come back to the trough Friday, it will surely happen Monday.

Good luck all,

HerbVic
