Was just doing a little DD on PRZM..
don't forget this company has agreed to a
takeover on NOV 19, 1998..ARDT is paying
0.13124 sh per sh of PRZM..
ARDT was up $1.00 today,,hence the rally in PRZM..

These 2 issues are joined at the hip..PRZM will
only rally if ARDT does..do the math..

Thanks for the info. Because I follow so many companies I often don't have enough time to dig through the fundamentals. Keep in mind that insiders purchased 150,000 shares between $3 and 7.0 4-7/98.
