Could someone explain what the following line means related to money flow?

Ticker Price Weekly Chg Block MF Non-Block MF Total MF
MRK $145.69 ($11.94) ($244.68) $49.96 ($194.72)

For example, Block MF is -244.68, what does it mean? Is it in
millions? Does it mean 244 millions or something else? Thanks.
Also, good discussion on MM/specialists of options.
