......enabling Araldica to sell its custom-labeled premium Italian wines to its targeted Italian-American consumer base, which approximates 23,000,000 persons. Each national mailing (to be monthly, initially, and weekly after the initial 3 month period) is projected to generate gross sales of $260,000......

What about the licenses? Does the company have all the necessary licenses and permits to sell wine in a national market? If not, the
23,000,000 prospective persons (hopefully the customer base of legal age) will be cut significantly and so will "projected" sales of $260,000. So far, Araldica is licensed to sell wine in one state, N.Y. and that is because of the GoldCoast acquisition which, according to Mr. Landi's statement, is in jeopardy. That cuts it even more. I see a potential of around $5,200.

Matt, thanks for this post. I still hold all of my shares (I bought at my own risk) and I do hope to eventually profit from them.

Matt, the new web site seems to have disappeared. Is it down for updates or has it been retired?
