LOL TheStreet.com is going public therby becoming one of those crazy internet stocks that we illegitimate traders manipulate intraday to the detriment of the poor market makers bottom line. How will the market makers cope?

TraderAlan, I agree with you the strategy is offensive. The big institutions are clouding the waters while they struggle to create and get control of the ECN's. The common investor thinks that all daytraders are taking advantage of the system and the MM's are using this perception to their advantage. The future is clear ECN's will take over who will control them is a jump ball.
