Can anyone tell me if the TWC deal is completed with all signatures and if not, when is the expected completion date?

How much revenue will TWC add to the yearly bottom line?

Dean, deregulation of the EU telecom market began Jan. 1, 1998. However, to provide some semblance of a "cushion" for the state-owned or controlled phone companies, EU members states were allowed to "phase in" the directive. Your dates are correct in the sense that the bulk of the changes will occur in the 1999-2000 time frame, but the game is already underway.

Hi Dean,

Amen brother......the Europe connection is our trump card when it comes to selling this company. We are not alone in Europe but the economies of scale involved with setting up what we will have make us buyable to larger players instead of them setting up their own nets.

We'll see.....
