The more I think about this, the more I like it!!

Owners/Insiders are offered $5.50 for their shares and turn it down!!?? AND there's more results coming very soon?!! At $5.50, insiders could have made a very good profit for their efforts. So WHY did they turn it down? They don't HOPE they'll get more...they KNOW they'll get more! A couple of scenarios seem sure to play out in the very short term.

1) A competing bid will come in. (Very good)
2) Results will come out that are strong. (Very very good)
3) A competing bid will come in AND results will come out that are strong. (AWESOME!)

Doesn't really matter which of the three it is. In any case, the shareprice will rise substantially. :)
