Strange comments in analyst note this morning:

Wheat, First reiterated buy and raised their (outdated and conservative) price target from $18 to $25.

VERY strange comments in their text. In summary, they indicated (quite a few times), that Integrion was having significant problems, and inferred that it was essentially dissolving.

HOWEVER, the analyst thought that this was somehow a VERY positive thing for CKFR, in that it would drive the direct-to-internet-portal model, and the banks would come back to the table when they're ready.

I think we could make the argurment that Integrion may not be doing very much, but I didn't think that it was going away.

One other thought -- I wonder if the dissolution of Integrion also "dissolves" the overhang of all those $21 (?) warrants out there...

RK

P.S. -- Pre-open bid is up nicely at $19 3/8

<<I bet that consultant was Gary Meshell, an executive vice president at Benton International, a Los Angeles based electronic banking/commerce consulting firm.>>

You got that right!
