Dr.

There is absolutely no intentions of bashing anything. Only the facts. I would love to trade facts with you about this company all the way back to when there were 14M shares outstanding and then maybe you would understand the reason many post are as they are. If there has been anything written that is questionable, please go back through the last year of press releases and lets discuss them.

Do you know when Lowglow was purchased? Do you know how much it was purchased for? I can tell you what... I talked to Scott Johnson many times back when he was LTGL PR representative (oh yeah you probably don't know who he is?). Here is what he told me on 12/4/97 as documented in my log "Lowglow was bought for approximately $250,000 in cash and in his words several hundred thousands shares of stock..." We all know how much the stock is worth now but I hope this helps you start to get a clue of whats going on. LTGL is just factoring that into the balance sheet now, INTERESTING???? These are fact as were provided to me by Company relations at that time. He also told me Lowglow was a guys backyard business. Unfortunately, I can not confirm his information or any figures because there is no publically available audited data!!!! I only had his word at that time, just like that is all you have now.. Call the company and ask the details for yourself. Is the picture coming clearer?

If you would like to discuss other facts about their balance sheet or their significant increase in Revenues (that means sales) then heck lets get to the real facts about LTGL... Please I would love to read and discuss your facts about LTGL and why you believe this is such an undervalued GEM.. Maybe because we were told back in January that LTGL would become a reporting company in the 1st quarter of 1998.. Well sorry to burst your bubble but it is now the last quarter of 1998 and we still are not a reporting company. Wow things are starting to come in focus I believe.

If you really want to be honest and really put the facts on this thread, just let me know....... I figured by now most can read the little bit of public information that is available to make a wise decision and become educated about what is really going on.

Let me write a simple formula for you since I love mathematics..

X = 1/infinity or here is another one X = 100,000/Infinity, or
X= -100/infinity

In this example X = LTGL Earning Per Share as a mathematical replica

What is the value of X? X is approaching Zero in all three circumstances. AT THIS POINT AND TIME, THIS IS A FACT... GET IT...

Where would you like to start?? LETS really get the facts on this thread. Maybe it would be best if we didn't.... Lets leave it up to you !!! DR.?

My best wishes to your investment and to anyone that works dam hard for their money. I sure do! Merry Christmas!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all on this thread that have bashed and thrashed this stock. It has, in part, given me the chance to quietly accumulate a very large position at a very inexpensive price per share. Thank you. Sincerely, MAGGIE MEADE

Once again Maggie, you come on top. You're the best Maggie. ROTFLMAO

Next time, I suggest you listen to STOK2. He doesn't pump, unlike...

Have a very merry Christmas.
