Diver,

Thanks for your advice. My wife and I are really excited about
an Alpine trip incorporating(S. Germany, Switzerland, Austria,
N. Italy). We were upset when some of our friends told us
that the trip would be "boring", that the Alpine people
were unfriendly, that there was no culture, and that the
scenery was so beautiful that it looked fake. Everything my wife and I have seen about the Alpine area excites and interests us. I think we're going to go to The Alps and we agree with your recommendation.
