So Randy, Why in the world did you go for that other BOX???? DELL is the only way to go.

Dorine

I place an order for a Gateway computer 2 weeks ago. Got the run around on delivery date. Canceled and ordered a DELL 12/5, it shipped out 12/8. Nobody can offer that kind of service IMHO.
Regards, RM

PS It is a loaded 450mz with 21in. monitor. Bought with my DELL profits

I helped my sister buy a Dell Computer at the Factory Outlet over Thanksgiving. I've never had a problem with one, but within a day the monitor gave out. My brother in law wanted to drive up and meet me to return the monitor to the store (250 miles). I asked him if he called Dell service? NO? He called, they sent a new monitor by UPS and had prepaid the return shipment of the broken one.
