yep, just heard. Also, CSCO was upgraded or raised.

Some preannouncements I think with Nokia
and Ericcson....(maybe Palm Pilots are intruding?...wishful

Also, Cowen & Co. analyst Chris Stix raised his price target on 3Com to $50 from $37.

Stix the Johnny-Always-Comes-Late also raised the Dow target from 7000 to 8200.
