Donkeyman, unfortunately the Roman Franco report is not on the net.

I think this article may stir up even more interest.

$3.50 here we come.

Ah heck $4.50 sounds good too.

The Roman Franko article reads "Winspears initial bull phase took
price from $0.10 to $2.50 between 1990 and 1993. The stock then spent the next three years building a base in the $1 range until the break
out in the week ended sept 27/96. Run ended at a high of $4.55 in March/98. Later bear phase dropped price back to a low of $0.43.
The current bull phase began with a breakout in late June/98 that
was initially stopped by selling at the 38% retracement level.
Price thenwas driven down by the 80-week moving average until it obtained support from its 40- and 13-week moving averages in late
september /98. With this support , it was able to move through first the 25%retracement level and then surge through the depleted overhanging supply at the 38% level to the 50% level. After a three
-week consolidation, price broke up through to the 62% retracement level, where it is consolidating. Given that the MACD is rising strongly in "buy" mode, the most likely scenario is a break through to the 75% level at about $3.50, followed by a move back to its previous high in the $4.50 zone."

from the financial post, dec.10/98.
