Hi qyzniwa, Please do not make any financial decisions from the incomplete s3/a filing I attempted to post here. If you would like a complete copy I will e.mail you one. One should read carefully the complete filing. I have not had time to read the entire document but I did find a lot of interesting information. I would like to rely on others that are really experienced in understanding the financial information submitted as I glossed over this I saw nothing new but this can be very dangerous. What one doesn't know or understand can kill us in this business. I will admit I absorbed what was positive and may have missed what may have been really important. Sector Investor is very qualified to give us a good understanding of what all this means. I have not seen him post recently. His must be on vacation or too busy lately? Anyone know? John, I over slept this morning reading this filing. Shows how starved for information about our company I am. :-(
