Larry: Then certainly it is in the best interest of current management to report on the "facts" with regard to JL so that shareholders can make a proper judgement. We have paid for the "facts". We have waited for the "facts". If current management is opposed to JL then I would like to know so I can make a proper judgement. By the "facts" I mean more than a 1 line statement that management will discontinue using JL. We have been involved in it too long to just brush it off. The same is true of South America, but that has been brushed off too. It reflects on management in place if they do not, and it forces shareholders to decide as best they can. Both sides (are there only two?) need to come clean. Brad Mertz
