(Nasdaq: ACTC - news) Communications Group, today announced an agreement to provide call center services to Inteletek's Internet Computer Superstore: intelesale.com. Inteletek, Inc. is a subsidiary of Applied Cellular Technology, Inc.
''We are currently providing an extensive menu of inbound and outbound telecommunications services to more than 26,000 clients in the Canadian and North American marketplace through our existing 14 TigerTel voice messaging and call centers. These centers now offer their services 24 hours a day, seven days a week with multi-language capability,'' said Donald Swift, Chairman and CEO of TigerTel.
''Convenient service and timely fulfillment of orders are necessary to maximize a company's Internet related sales.
