Good morning Jim,

I am sure I am behind the times on this one. Still trying to figure out whose on first. From NHTCC sec filing I don't see no where near the 12mm rumored price being put on the table for a KAHI buy out. Then what is left of KAHI? Anyone have links to the answers?

I really don't have much info on this one. I bought this at .02 a few months ago for one of those long shots. Set it aside and haven't paid that much attention lately.

It would be nice if there was a large short position(IMO). Like to see them scurrying to cover.
